We knew the market wasn’t after a panel loaded with eight unused blanks; it needed a solution built around the accessories owners actually fit. Our N90 switch panel respects the factory switchgear while allowing for up to four additional Square Style Push Switches (sold separately).

Every product starts with process. We begin with 3D scanning and CAD design to map factory dash geometry with precision, then move into prototyping, printing and real-world testing to refine fit, clip engagement and finish before anything reaches production.

That rigour, test, refine, test again, is what underpins products like our N90 Switch Panel.

It’s also why that commitment has been formally recognised, with the N90 Switch Panel now holding registered design protection under Australian Design Number 202614893. A reflection of the genuine engineering DEXON puts behind everything we build.

Like most dual-cab utes on the market, the N90 Hilux is offered across a range of trim levels, each with its own configuration. Our switch panel has been designed to suit the SR5, Rogue and Rugged X variants only. Fitment may vary for international markets, so please confirm compatibility with your specific model.

Look, we’re not perfect, but we’re trying. From day one we made a call to do better where we could, and that starts before the product even lands in your hands. We’re constantly refining, constantly learning and honestly, constantly asking ourselves if we can be doing more.

Every bit of packaging we use is 100% plastic free. Moulded pulp, cardboard, paper, nothing unnecessary, nothing that doesn’t earn its place in the box. It’s a small thing that adds up to something bigger, and truthfully it was never really a hard decision. It was just the right one. Plus, the boxes look schmick.
