Dexon Giveaway Terms & Conditions

This promotion is conducted by TUS & TR Pty Ltd (ABN 57 680 909 102) trading as Dexon Division (“DEXON”, “Promoter”) of 199 O’Herns Road, Epping VIC 3076, Australia.

2.1 The DEXON Giveaway is conducted by the Promoter to promote and celebrate the Dexon Division brand and its product range.

2.2 The promotion will be advertised nationally via digital advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, YouTube and Google.

2.3 During the Promotional Period, details of the promotion may also be displayed at various physical locations where DEXON products or vehicles are exhibited, including at the Hamer 4x4 stand during The National 4x4 Outdoors Show, Brisbane (13 March 2026 to 15 March 2026).

2.4 The promotion is conducted independently by the Promoter and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The National 4x4 Outdoors Show, Hamer 4x4, YETI, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google or any other third party.

3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged eighteen (18) years or over at the time of entry.

3.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3.3 Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when entering.

3.4 This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

4.1 The promotion commences at 9:00am (AEDT) on 2 February 2026 and closes at 5:00pm (AEDT) on 15 March 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

4.2 Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

5.1 To enter, eligible individuals must complete the official DEXON entry form via:

• DEXON digital advertising channels; or
• Any official DEXON promotional QR code displayed during the Promotional Period.

5.2 Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, incomplete, indecipherable, fraudulent or corrupted entries.

6.1 The total prize pool value is AUD $797.

6.2 The prize consists of:

• One (1) YETI Online Gift Card valued at $500;
• One (1) DEXON Merchandise Pack valued at $197; and
• One (1) DEXON Online Gift Card valued at $100.

6.3 Shipping Conditions:

• DEXON Gift Card: Free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99.
• DEXON Merchandise Pack: Free standard shipping Australia-wide.
• YETI Gift Card: Subject to YETI’s own shipping terms (currently free shipping on orders over $75 at au.yeti.com.au).

6.4 Shipping is standard delivery only within Australia.

6.5 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6.6 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

7.1 The draw will take place as follows:

• Date: Friday, 20 March 2026
• Time: 2:00pm (Melbourne time – AEDT)
• Location: 199 O’Herns Road, Epping VIC 3076
• Method: Electronic random selection generator

7.2 The winner will be notified by telephone and email within five (5) business days of the draw.

7.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.1 The winner must claim the prize within ninety (90) days of the draw date.

8.2 If the prize is not claimed by 5:00pm (AEST) on 18 June 2026, the prize will be deemed unclaimed.

8.3 The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and subject to applicable law, to deal with any unclaimed prize as it sees fit, including awarding the prize to another eligible entrant.

9.1 The winner’s first name, last name initial, suburb and postcode will be published on:

• DEXON Instagram
• DEXON Facebook
• DEXON TikTok
• DEXON website

9.2 Publication on the DEXON website will remain for a minimum of thirty (30) days.

9.3 Social media posts, including reels and video content, may remain published indefinitely.

10.1 By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of:

• Conducting and administering the promotion;
• Contacting the winner; and
• Announcing the winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

10.2 By submitting an entry, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications, promotional offers and product updates from DEXON via email and SMS.

10.3 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided in each communication or by contacting the Promoter directly.

10.4 The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its Privacy Policy.

10.5 Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

Entrants acknowledge that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok, YouTube or Google, and release those platforms from any liability arising from the promotion.

12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

12.2 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who breaches these Terms and Conditions.

12.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion where required due to fraud, technical failure, unauthorised intervention, force majeure events or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

12.4 The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries.

12.5 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.

12.6 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
