How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it using either your order number or tracking number via our Track My Order page. Simply enter the details and you’ll see the latest updates on your delivery.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Tracking details are sent via email as soon as your order is shipped. If you don’t see it, check your junk or spam folder before reaching out.
Can I track my order using Apple Wallet?
Yes. If you’re using an iPhone and Apple Wallet, eligible orders can be added to Apple Wallet, allowing you to receive live delivery updates straight from your lock screen.
My tracking number isn’t working, what should I do?
Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch. If it’s still not updating after this time, feel free to contact our support team and we’ll help you out.
What does “order processed” or “in transit” mean?
- Order processed: Your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch
- In transit: Your order is on its way with the courier
- Out for delivery: Your order is scheduled to arrive soon
Can I track multiple orders at once?
At this stage, each order must be tracked individually using its unique order number or tracking number.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Your tracking link will display the courier handling your delivery.
What if my order is delayed?
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, peak periods, or courier issues. If your order seems unusually delayed, get in touch and we’ll look into it.

Where do I find my tracking number?
