We're not here to hit you with a spec sheet. But for those who don't know, when it comes to designing a velcro patch the options are truly endless, materials, finishes, constructions. We know. But from the start, embroidery was always the only option for us. Why? Same reason we use it across everything else in our merch range, it's a lasting finish, wears exceptionally well, and frankly will never peel. It carries a rugged, textured character that suits our brand perfectly, and our head designer has a well documented obsession with textiles, fabrics, and finishes.
The automated embroidery process also allows us to offer multiple thread colour options without compromising consistency or quality, which is exactly how we've been able to make these patches the benchmark. PS. Steak is fabric. Don't eat it.

General Maintence
Our velcro patches are about as low maintenance as it gets. The 100% polyester embroidery finish is built to endure, simply hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and let them air dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and high heat as these can affect both the embroidery and the hook and loop backing over time. For storage, keep them flat and dry, they'll hold their shape and colour without any fuss.
Each patch comes with a hook and loop backing already attached and ready to go. You will need to peel off the included backing and just press firmly the patch onto any compatible hook and loop surface and you're done. For best results, ensure the surface is clean and dry before application to maximise hold strength. Each patch arrives in DEXON eco friendly packaging, which can be used for patch storage, alternatively can be recycled.
